Access a detailed and updated history in real time. Both the complainant and the person responsible for the case will be able to generate activities in the case, guaranteeing transparent and fluid communication:

Both the manager and the complainant will be able to add internal notes and files to each case, exclusive to their view (the manager will not have access to the complainant’s notes, nor vice versa), thus simplifying the centralization of information at a single point.
Whistleblower activity
The reporting user will be able to generate his or her report in a personalized manner by specifying the type (confidential or anonymous), the corresponding category, selecting the appropriate venue (if there are multiple venues), indicating the date and time of the event, providing a detailed summary, and attaching relevant documentation to provide further information about the report.
Offer your users the opportunity to send suggestions. These, which will be visible in the responsible area, are handled separately from complaints and do not involve follow-up.
Ensure the privacy of your users! myReport!n offers the possibility of submitting confidential or anonymous reports, in the first case, the “name” field is automatically enabled so that the complainant can provide his or her identification data during the report creation process.
Application configuration
Thanks to multi-company operation, it is possible for different companies to coexist in the same environment, each with its own parameterization and assigned manager. You will be able to consult and create companies, edit their information, search and organize them in a simple way, thanks to the filtering and quick search functions.
Assign multiple sites to a single company and manage them individually, designating a manager for each one, or jointly and centrally, letting the manager assigned to the company manage the cases of each site.
MyReport!n features multi-language management, allowing you to customize documents, certifications, templates, categories and questions in one or several languages.
myReport!n has a very practical user management, it will only be necessary to register those users who will act as responsible or acting responsible. In addition, you will have the possibility to create and edit users, filter by role and disable users at any time.
Security
When a user enters information into the system, it is encrypted (i.e. transformed into a set of unreadable characters) using an algorithm and an “encryption key”.
The user will be provided with a special password or secret key that must be used to access the aforementioned key, which is necessary to encrypt and decrypt the information. Only those with this key can access the encrypted information.
Once the data is encrypted, it is stored in the database. The original text (known as plaintext) is not stored; instead, the encrypted text is saved.
The key used to encrypt the information must also be stored securely, so that it can be used in the future to decrypt the data. In this case the keys are stored in a second database and are additionally protected.
