General Terms and Conditions of Contract

License agreement for the use of software and provision of maintenance services for Link Soluciones Informáticas, S.L. applications.

Link Soluciones Informáticas, S.L, with C.I.F. B35794478 and registered address at C/Doctor Juan Domínguez Perez, 18 35018, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Premium Distributor and authorized reference partner of Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accountig España, S.L.

For the provision of services related only to the APPLICATION in cloud mode, Link Soluciones Informáticas counts on the hosting service provider certified by ISO 27001, Amazon AWS, whose servers are located within the European Economic Area. Link Soluciones Informáticas will be able to inform about the change of the Suppliers through electronic means of communication or through its own web. The AWS platform has AWS CSA STAR and ISO certifications and services. AWS is certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, 27701:2019, 22301:2019, 9001:2015 and CSA STAR CCM v4.0.

The CUSTOMER of the cloud services provided by Link Soluciones shall access the application(s) via the Internet, through a browser of their choice according to those currently supported. Link Soluciones Informáticas informs that the updates of the functionalities to the current regulations, as well as the adaptations in the APPLICATION to offer new versions may imply a temporary lack of access to the APPLICATION that in no case will have the consideration of incidence in the service. These updates will be communicated via email to the CUSTOMER so that he/she is aware of when interruptions may occur.

The APPLICATION may be subject to limits related to the storage of information of the CUSTOMER, being subject to the uploading of files of a specific size in order to guarantee access to them.

Link Soluciones Informáticas has a backup policy that it manages with its hosting service provider. The frequency of backup copies is one copy every hour, and the retention period may vary according to the type of service contracted.

The backups of our cloud APPLICATIONS are automated, so there is no need for the CUSTOMER to perform manual backups.

If you so request within thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, we will provide you with access to the data available on the APPLICATION. After the period of thirty (30) calendar days Link Soluciones Informáticas shall have no obligation to retain or provide the CUSTOMER’s data associated with the APPLICATION and, therefore, may delete the backup copies of the CUSTOMER’s data associated with the APPLICATION and/or keep the data blocked in compliance with applicable law.
